You can always do it longer than 6 wks, same goes for power 90 if after 90 days you still need to lose you can continue or you can move on to something else. I will be honest with you, yes you can and will get bored with both slim in 6 and power 90 as they are not the most upbeat workout videos, but they get the job…

If you don't like too much high impact, you can also look into the Slim in 6 series, by the same beachbody company. Power 90 does have a bit of jumping in it, not much, like jumping jacks etc, but you can modify them. There are no jumping etc in slim in 6, but a lot of lower body workout which targets major muscle groups…

Like daytonafitmom asked, which one are you talking about p90x or power 90, two different workouts and I happen to have both as the work I do doesn't allow me time to commute to the gym and back home, in that space of time I could do 2 at home workout videos, so I do a lot of at home workout videos. So which one are you…

Squats helps build your thigh muscles, so doing too many can actually make them bigger. You need to do cardio as well that is what will make them thinner, spinning, running or other thigh cardio exercises helps, I have been doing spinning for a month now and my thighs are shrinking very quickly. Start with 100-150 Reps of…

Would have loved to have had a challenge like this when I just started walking, would have been nice. I am currently up to where I walk anywhere between 5-6 miles daily, so I will surpass 50 miles in less than half way thru the month. Best of luck to you all, walking is one of the best ways to lose weight I.M.O.

There was an article floating around on here that a doctor or a dietitian wrote about a woman who only ate 700 calories a day and was frustrated because she was still overweight, I think she was over 200 pounds, basically the doctor/dietitian explained that, because your body burns over 2000 calories a day just by say you…

If you are doing insanity then you need to follow the food guide that comes with the program, I have insanity program and from your list of foods you eat, you are definitely eating too few calories, so no doubt your poor body has gone into starvation mode from you over working it and underfeeding it. The insanity program…

Not sure about using deodorants on the areas where she gets them would help, but I used to get boils alot on my underarms and my doctor told me that the last thing you want to do is put deodorant on it, especially an anti perspirant, so not sure but from experiences with boils and being told by my doctor not to use…
