Help - I'm losing my butt!

Hey pals,
Okay, I've always been proud of my derriere but whenever I start to work out, it starts to go away. Right now I'm doing cardio and aerobics classes AND weight training because that's the way I lose weight the fastest.

I still have hips and thighs, but hips and thighs with no booty is a tad awkward. hahaha

9-1-1 help please!

    Squat HEAVY. I mean at a weight that fatigues you in under 10 reps. I owe my *kitten* to heavy squats!

    Definitely the weighted squats...I've found in the past that cardio makes me lose my bum too, hence I've almost entirely stopped :laugh:

    This^^^ squatting heavy helps, also do lots of lunges w/wo weights as well.
