I eat chocolate almost every day. I buy protein bars and powders that contain chocolate. I also keep a huge bag of Hershey's miniatures (Krackel, Special Dark, Milk Chocolate, Mr. Goodbar) which are 42 cals/piece. One serving is 5 pieces @ 210 calorie total. No guilt here.:wink:

I tried the Green Tea Diet and the Grapefruit Diet as a teen - ridiculous especially because I wish I was that "fat" now Atkins - lost 30lbs in 3 months, but who wouldn't if you were a sugar- and carb-oholic like I was Hydroxycut w/ephedrine in combo with "mad cardio" - I seriously crashed for 2 weeks after I stopped…

Yup. And lack of companionship. Late 30's and almost everyone I know is married or in a relationship so they have their S/O's to discuss problems, good times/bad times with.
