I think the diet swap always makes them realize that they can survive on tiny portions/ or that they can eat a hell of a lot more than they are doing.

I like all foods except: Raisins, raw tomatoes, olives. I'm not keen on any salad dressings, especially creamy ones. Bleurgh. I'm happy with just a drizzle of olive oil. Coriander (cilantro) is not good too! ew.

This post has made me feel SO much better. I have had two pretty shocking days. Today I reckon I went over by about 600. Yesterday almost 2000! Dieting tomorrow.

4 weeks until holiday and bikini time!! 4 pounds to lose... on track.. Need to start focusing on the hips area. This is where I need the most work! Any good hip toning/love handle exercises?! xx

I do this... I like to have an extra 1000 calories for the weekend. I can easily use these with a few glasses of wine, a hangover lunch and some chocolate. :)

Tracy anderson total cardio is fun.. 4 10 minute dance segments! She also does toning dvds which are good but very hard.

Sounds good to me. Although.. 125 g rice is a LARGE portion of rice? Could you substitute with more veg?

I was wondering this about Wholemeal Pasta... Is this a no-go area? I have salad for lunch most days and hardly eat Pasta as it seen as 'bad'.. But i was thinking of doing veggie pasta tonight with lots of chillis and tomato-based sauce? Advice... L x

I have implants.. .. I lost around 2 stone and also lost ALL my boobs! I am really happy with them. And those who say you have to keep changing them.. this isn't a given, this is due to women's body's changing over decades and dependent on fluctuations on weight etc...

I agree. I always seem to be going over my sugar too! Although I only have usually 1/2 pieces of a fruit a day. I seem to have a very low sugar macro allowance. I try not to worry to much. I guess I could change my fruit snacks to carrot sticks or celery I guess. I also eat cereal-special K and other fairly healthy ones…

The chicken pitta is the lowest calorie food. I think its around 500 with mayo- 400 without. Side of salad or corn or spicy rice. Yum! Enjoy.

Drinking more water... I try to do this but I feel I drink a lot anyway!

I get the worst bloating the few days before.. Often gaining 4 pounds etc! I was SO bloated yesterday. Is there a way of reducing this? It is difficult when watching weight to be accurate around this time of the month. Who would be a woman hey. L x

Being able to see slight muscle definition on my tummy. I had been doing the strength workouts but needed more cardio to lose the extra weight hiding it. :)

Cheese is a bad fat.. It's full of saturated fat. Some cheeses like ricotta and feta are better than others. You can get half fat cheese but they don't taste as nice. A small amount of cheese is okay though I guess.

I think exercise keeps you on track with the eating. Despite not initially feeling like exercising, once you start you feel good and after feel amazing. Every time i finish a workout, I am thinking about the next one and what I will do in it. This natural high lasts throughout a day too so you don't feel like reaching for…

Hey, I'm new too! Well I did this last year and found it really successful. I've just come off the FAST diet, which made me put weight on!! This seems to work best for me, I find it a great way to manage my weight and improve my health etc. I've sent you a request so we can encourage each other. Laurel :)
