eek these reviews have made me nervous and excited about starting this! I love Jillian :D

The OP meant that they don't want to eat back all the calories burned during the walk...Oh dear. Calories burnt before or after or during meals are all still calories burnt!

Bump for any answers. I'm looking at starting this in May. But I love my Pilates too so want to continue with 2 sessions a week of Pilates also!

I recently bought a FitBit and was suprised at the extra calories it was telling me to eat. I would say that you definitely need to change your setting to active, even if some days you sit down a lot. That 5 1/2 hour shift walking round etc will easily be burning hundreds of calories over your BMR. Also, eating 800 is why…

Some good cravings on here! I had a huge cravings for pancakes today so stopped by Greenwich market and got some mini dutch dipping pancakes Only 8 tiny pancakes with lemon juice and powdered sugar. A half-naughty treat. It was good!! I walked for 25 minutes after too so it was probably half burnt off. Fit your cravings…

Does anyone else think the FItbit SERIOUSLY overestimates calories from the steps taken?!

To fit the British stereotype completely.. It has to be biscuits and tea for me. Nothing as comforting as a milky cup of tea and biscuits to dunk in! I do not buy biscuits as I will eat the whole packet. Especially maryland cookies or chocolate digestives etc.. SO good. I also find it hard to resist any bread that is given…

This thread is awesome. Really positive reading all the comments that have made us all feel pretty good about ourselves! My boyfriend is very complimentary but I got a compliment from someone the other day who said 'a fitness clothing company should pay you to model their clothes' That was pretty good :D xx We all look…

I live in London and it is a truely great city. So many great restaurants, museums, parks (you wouldn't guess so for a city!), theatre shows, shops etc. It is great... but expensive. I would also recommend Italy. It is absolutely beautiful. The Amalfi coast and venice and Florence. So, so, so gorgeous. Greece is meant to…

Also, does anyone else have night sweats after eating a large carb or sugary meal quite close to bed? I hate this! :(

I thought I had this... I had a few occasions where I would all of a sudden start feeling sick and shaky and go hot and cold. I wouldn't notice that it was related to eating straight away, until about 15 minutes into the sick feeling and then would have to eat a biscuit or something and within five minutes I would feel…

I don't do this every time but this has motivated me and given me a goal. Cheers!

Hello! I'm 23. Living in London and would also like some new, similar buddies for motivation. Will send you a request. L

Hello! I log in daily and I always give support to my MFP's! I think that having MFP friends really does motivate you because I want to make my friends proud. Ha! L xx

I know it sounds cheesy but You Only Live Once.. You WILL eat McDonald's again, you WILL have extra servings etc.. But you WILL also make lots of healthy choices and that's what counts. Make the healthy choices as often as you can, then over time, the 'bad' choices will reduce because your body won't desire those foods…

I'd say that exercise actually helped me lose weight rather than changes to my diet. My diet has never been excessive.... I found just by moving more and really getting into exercise, I wanted to eat to fuel my body and started to take in an interest in energy in and energy out.. Find a workout program you enjoy! Also,…

I'd second the Blogilates workouts. Its mainly Pilates which isn't high intensity cardio but she does dance videos, HIIT workouts and HIIT-lates. It's really fun and I've stuck with the monthly calendar for months now. I sometimes add in Jillians Michaels BFBM dvd too if I want more cardio.

I made time for something other than bran flakes or instant oats today! I had a large flat mushroom and a two egg spinach and ham omelette. Kept me tummy-rumble free for a good 4 hours. L x

Heyyy! My TDEE is 1620. I am 5'7.5 and weigh 111 pounds. I am trying to maintain and turn some body fat into muscle so actually am expecting to gain a few pounds. I exercise pretty much everyday focusing on circuit training, pilates and light weights. I'd like advice on my TDEE too. Not sure whether I need to be eating…

I find having MFP pals helps in a few ways: You can get recipe inspiration There is a level of embarrassment logging all the naughty habits! I have found this to make me rethink before going over my cal allowance because my MFP buds will see! Support General talk and advice on exercise regimes/macros etc. L x

Christina Aguillera's body in the Candy Man video! Perfect. In terms of looks- Shannyn Sossamon is stunning!
-
I'm around the same as you. It is hard to get the last few pounds off. However, what I suggest is... don't focus on the weight. You don't need to lose weight! Just focus on working your bum off and getting toned. You will lose FAT but not muscle!. Work out an accurate TDEE and stick to it. Just work out more. L x

Too low. ^^ I agree with the above. Why eat so little? yes you will lose weight. However, you will also lose weight by eating more than that. Enjoy food. It is nourishment for your body! Plus, it sounds like you be an age where you are still growing. Not a great idea to eat so little!

I never say mean things on the forum. However.... LOL

Snickers is pretty amazing. I like the crunch of the peanuts against the smooth ice cream. Chuffed to see that it is the lowest in calories and Saturated fat too. Woop
