You all are actually making me sound like I'm NOT weird. I have friends that are able to just get on it and stick to it. Me on the other hand? Nooooooooope. I've been trying to get back to where I was over 2 years ago (about 70lbs lighter). I think its all about baby steps. 2 steps forward, but I'm tried of 1 step back…

Well, I think it may be different for everyone, but I try on the day I workout, to eat a little more anyway, just because I'm usually extra hungry. But most of the time I don't actually eat all the carbs I burned during working out.

You could always ask if they serve brown rice as well, that would be better than white of course.

Oh I remember those feelings. I hated going clothes shopping when I was in school, cause I was shopping in the adult sizes around age 10. But you've already lost some, and just stick to it, and the rest will melt away too. :) If you ever need a friend to vent to, I'll be hear to listen.
