My sister and I went to visit our other sister and we were eating out and we both had our phones out logging our healthy choices we made at dinner. 11lbs to go for me. I dread maintenance more than losing the last 11lbs. I will be diligent though and figure it out so I don't gain back my weight or starve myself!

Well...I am sure it is possible. But it sounds extremely boring to me. I would find other exercises to incorporate in with all those jumping jacks.

I have my progressive lenses on as I type! So great being able to read the fine print! Ironically I got them a week before my 40th B-Day this past year. :laugh:

Add me if you need encouragement. I know that I am not on a "diet" I am eating healthy to be healthy and losing weight is just a by-product of being healthy. I am not trying to be "skinny" so I can look good. I want to be "healthy" So...I think you will find many people on here that will encourage you on your new journey!

I have upped my calories. I have started lifting but it is very hard to reach my TDEE 15% reduction number. I just am not hungry. _______Yes you read that right______ Not hungry_____ LIfting makes me not hungry I guess. I will keep trying to eat healthy. Going to go have a healthy snack right now. :)

Well it works but since I am new to lifting I have started a routine that takes me only 20 minutes. I put that in MFP cardio section and I burned a whole 52 calories. But I feel good lifting that is for sure.

Just finished my 3rd workout doing these exercises at 10#. I have never lifted. I feel so good! Great exercises..only a few I couldn't do. I don't have a chin-up bar. Thanks again for posting the link!

Thanks for the reply. I really want to start using my weights. The hard part for me is figuring out which sets to do. So glad I don't have to eat just 1200 a day anymore!
