  • You're not eating enough. How many calories does it say you need to eat? you need to be consuming at least that, then what ever calories you burn during exercise. Eating so few calories will hurt your metabolism and make it harder for you to lose.

  • Those are the ab exercises that I like doing. As far as what you can add to your food to make up those calories. I would add in a hand full of nuts or add some PB to your raw veggies or fruit. Try uping each meal by about 50 calories and it won't seem like your eating that much more.

  • I don't have them but I know they do grow fast. I have rose of Sharron, which I think are some kind of hybiscus. They grow fast as well and flower in the late summer. I got little starter sticks out of some nursery catalog for somethng like $16 for 32 plants. I planted them all as directed and only had to replace one.
