  • I don't:bigsmile: I only exercise about 3 days a week, then it's in the evening around 9:00. What time do you go to work? in the morning? Could you find time there besides at 4:00am. What about at 6:00 or 7:00.
  • Eat a cheeseburger or mac and cheese. Just don't over do it and work it into your calorie count. Or give yourself a free day once a week where you eat what you want. This will help keep you from splurging the rest of the week.
