I always exercise when I have a cold. Unless I am so miserable that I can't drag myself out of bed. I add it to scrambled eggs. It is delicious. Makes them very creamy and yummy. I also strain/rinse it and add it to salads. It's great mixed with spices/herbs as a salad dressing replacement.

My advice is to enjoy yourself and the food. Order whatever you want. Just don't clean your plate. Eat only half your meal and take the rest home for later. I've had ice cream more in the time I've been on MFP than for months prior. As long as you're keeping track, and staying within your calorie budget, it's all good. That's the beauty of it. :)

I don't know what your current stats are, but if 2703 scares you, that's alright. The point is that you can eat significantly more than 1430 calories and still lose weight.
