  • So I did my P90X Plyo and Ab Ripper yesteray morning and then was supposed to do 5K walk with my sister-in-law last night, it turned into a 10K!!! It felt great and then it felt even better when I stepped on the scale this morning and I am now down 10 pounds since starting MFP 6 weeks ago!! 45 pounds down and 34 to go!!!

  • It definitely is a lot of protein. So I am not getting all of it in but I am getting protein as my highest percentage so that is my aim each day.   • Hope everyone had a great Canada day!! I spent mine at the cottage on the lake, it was fun, boating and tubing and lots of family around. As for weigh in, I stayed the same as last week. Guess we can't lose every week. Oh well, tomorrow starts a new week and summer is here!!!! yay
