Good job Jay!! LW 192.8 TW 192.4 Down another .4, so I guess I'll take that it's still going down!! Water challenge went well, and yesterday I went for my walk and ended up doing 11.3K !! That was the first time I have gone that far in one trip!! It felt great, a little stiff today though, won't go as far today.

I went to the beach to watch Hurricane BIll, it was absolutely amazing!!! The waves were crazy and scary all at the same time. It was a very cool way to spend a Sunday afternoon, I've never been that wet with my clothes on before!! The rain felt like pellets beating off of us the wind was so strong.

I love the water challenges, it is my drink of choice and pretty much all I have all day except for my protein shake. I hate drinking my calories, I would rather eat them, so water it is!!I I usually get in about 12 glasses a day, and have my kids doing the same now too. Yay, finally the plateau is breaking!! I have been stuck at 193.4 for weeks and weeks now, but finally the scale went down!! It was only .6 to 192.8, but at least it's moving again!!! Happy hump day everyone!!

Thanks Jay, I know by clothes and the measuring tape that I am still losing, but the stupid darn scale will be the death of me!! I am just having a poor me day. but I just finished my Yoga and feel better. And as far as cheating goes, if you had ever played cards with me, you'd know I love to CHEAT!!! hehe

Sorry, I'm late for my check in again. CW 193.4, same as last week, but the inches are going so I am happy about that. Stupid scale, stupid scale, wish I wasn't so obsessed with the numbers on the scale and just went by how I am losing the inches!! Stupid scale!!!
