Hey guys!!! my weigh in today is 153.0 which is a loss of 0.6 lbs this week! i am getting closer and closer to my goal! and very excited about it!!! I am so close to my mini goal of 150 lbs by the end of august!!! good luck canadians!:happy:

Yay, finally the plateau is breaking!! I have been stuck at 193.4 for weeks and weeks now, but finally the scale went down!! It was only .6 to 192.8, but at least it's moving again!!!

Weighed in at 162.2 this morning so I am down 1.8 lbs :bigsmile: I've been working hard the last couple weeks and it is SO worth it!

What a day . . . first of all its my BIRTHDAY!!!!!! :bigsmile: so YAHHHHH for that!!!! Second of all I had an amazing weigh in this morning 141.6 lbs. :bigsmile: :bigsmile: yahhhhhhh!!!!! third of all I had a job interview this morning and it went very well. :bigsmile: :bigsmile: :bigsmile: So today is a VERY good day!!!!!!!

Up 2lbs to 221 this week. Just starting the 30 day Challange with my Wii Active so hopefully next week I will see good results with that going forward!0

Biggest Loser Challenge this week: Water Challenge seems to go over well with this group.
Drink as many cups(250ml) of water per day as you can; recommending 8-10 cups a day.

Happy belated Birthday jay, and congrads on the new job offer.
Good news for myself as well. Insurance settled ok and I got myself a new car.
Also Physio said I can start working out a bit, not full blown as I was before.
I've been so bored, wanting to workout and exercise (can't believe i'm saying that).
I did do some wogging, but now I can get back on the weights.
I forgot to weight myself yesterday morning, and ended up weighing after work.
200.0.
So down only approx .5 from last week.
But I'm sure I would hit 19x if I weighed in the morning.
Next week I'm going to kick my butt to get that 19x.
25 down, approx 25 more to go .0 -

Hey All!!
Sorry i have been MIA for the last few weeks, have hadd lots going on, which transpires into not working out and eating stuff i shouldn't have so need less to say i gained some weight back. So now i am back ang going to get back on track, My weight as of this morning was 113. so i will weigh in on Wednesday, however, i have a wedding to go to tomorrow so that won't help but otherwise i am going to get bak at it!!

so, havent really been doing well with the water challenge so far, but im going to bring my huge water bottle to work today and try to drink as much as i can, and try to do better for the rest of the week.....good job Jay on getting a job offer! where did you get a job offer? and may i ask how everyone else is doing with the wateR??? good luck everyone!:happy:0

I love the water challenges, it is my drink of choice and pretty much all I have all day except for my protein shake. I hate drinking my calories, I would rather eat them, so water it is!!I I usually get in about 12 glasses a day, and have my kids doing the same now too. My 12 year old is amazed at how great her skin looks from all the water she is drinking0

I am a Crazy Canuck in Edmonton, AB. I started my weight loss journey 6 years ago and have for the most part kept it off. When I started 6 years ago I was 200 lbs., at my lowest I was 141, then I went back to school and changed jobs; from one that was very physical to a desk job; now school is done and I can get back on track. The newest leg of my journey started at the beginning of May at 158 lbs and I am as of August 20 at 146 lbs. I am hoping to see 135 and the maintain at that weight.
MFP has been a great find for me, the food database is amazing and the people here get it. I have belonged to other sites where everyone is looking for the quick fix, living and eating healthy is a lifestyle change not a quick fix.
Congrats to all for what is lost forever.
