    Good Morning All

Weighed in this morning and had a 6 pound loss  Actually, it was only 3 pounds. I bought a new scale and there was a 3 pound difference between scales, so seeing the 6 pound loss was nice, but really it was 3... and I am still EXTREMELY happy with that!

Hope everyone has a great day! :flowerforyou:

Well still the same. All the weekends at the lake aren't hurting me yet but they sure don't seem to be helping either. Hopefully September should be a good month!

Was a little afraid to step on the scale this morning; we've had a very busy 3 weeks that hasn't allowed me lots of 'great' eating options. To my surprise I'm down 2.2lbs!!

    Great Job Canucks!!!:flowerforyou:
I am going to try to come up with the results for tomorrow. so when you weigh in, say the actual weight instead of how much you lost, or stayed the same. then if i need a number, ill ask. we'll see how it goes.
Weigh In for me this week: 144.2 lbs.
so I'm maintaining below 145, so I'm happy with that!

So these are the people that I need numbers from, last weeks weight and this weeks weight: SJMAY, MOJOGURL , FREEZEFRAME and KRYSTLED.
I made up an excel file to calculate the percentages and I'll give the results tomorrow.

Don't worry about it. Just brush it off. Maybe change something in your diet or exercise 'routine'. Don't make anything a routine or your body will get used to it. Remember when I was at 150 for MONTHS!?! That frustrated the heck out of me, but then something happened(camping) and i started losing weight again. Just keep in there, and it will happen!!!! And no cutting off any limbs, thats cheating.

Thanks Jay, I know by clothes and the measuring tape that I am still losing, but the stupid darn scale will be the death of me!! I am just having a poor me day. but I just finished my Yoga and feel better. And as far as cheating goes, if you had ever played cards with me, you'd know I love to CHEAT!!! hehe

If MXBURKE would like to come up with the challenge, that is fine with me, where I did not have my weight in when the first list was made

Also, how do you come up with the % ?
  • Want to stay in this thread so I'm posting. No lose this week but I'm still exercising! Back from holidays but not in the groove yet.

    Weight: 172 lbs

My goal is 150 by Christmas. Going to hang in there

    Go Canada!

Also, how do you come up with the % ?

I am using an excel file to automatically figure it out for me.
the equation is =1-(previous weight cell/current weight cell). set the cell to percentages and you're golden.

I think that there should be some type of mini challenge set out for us from now until next weigh in. A while back Jomickey had us post our favorite healthy recipe for everyone to see and use.

Ill start it: Ground Turkey Manacotti
I mixed Low fat cottage cheese, skim shredded mozza, two beatin eggs, spinach and ground turkey in a bowl. cooked red pepper and white onion in a cast iron pan, added that to the mixture. boiled whole grain lasagna noodles. spooned the mixture onto the lasagna noodles, rolled them up. put pasta sauce(basil and oregano) on top of each roll, and sprinkle low fat parmasian cheese. put in oven at 400F for 30 minutes.

I took the remainder of the mixture, b/c i dont measure stuff and there was a whole heck of a lot left over, and made a lasagna out of it. mixture then the whole grain noodles, then the mixture then low fat cheese(mozza). cooked it at the same time as the manacotti. 30 mn. at 400F

It was something different to try. And I really liked it.
