as a used to be 200 lb girl I lost 50 pounds cutting out soda entirely from my life... I am now a50lbs and maintaining and have been soda free for 6 years... VERY important!!!!

thanks! it's good to know "average" size people are getting results out of it, I have seen very few results of anyone that is not super skinny or obese.:D

Thanks for responding! I was just curious, most of the results and encouraging things I have seen are either super skinny people or people that are very overweight or leaning on obese
