Have been going to the gym since October to handle orthopedic and neuro issues with back, legs, neck, etc. Am 61-years-old and working full time. Retirement is years away but sitting all day is doing me in. Also have celiac disease which requires a gluten-free diet. Hard to stay focused on losing weight and staying fit…
