My boyfriend is skinnier than I am..and I don't just mean he looks skinnier because he's 5 inches taller, but he actually weighs less than me! He works 50+ hours a week behind a desk, eats like crap most of the time, and almost never works out..yet I'm at the gym 3-4 days a week, watching what I eat and how much, and he…

The scale is a terrible thing. I used to weigh myself once a week, but would catch myself checking in every couple days (and sometimes every day!)..I was becoming addicted. And I would find it frustrating because it would fluctuate so much..some days the scale told me I had gained 2 pounds in a day! :noway: And then one…

I have completely different issues..within a half hour at the gym parts of my shirt are soaked (so I'm sweating a ton), but my face still turns crazy red and concerns people when they see it. It's so weird lol. Hope you find out everything you need to know and everything's ok!

I love this idea, and I am definitely in! The last time I weighed myself I was at 132.8. Can't wait to see what happens :)

Metallica - Master of Puppets, Whiskey in the Jar, Fuel, Ain't My *****, For Whom the Bell Tolls, The End of the Line, Broken, Beat & Scarred, Seek and Destroy, Don't Tread on Me, The Memory Remains, (those are just a few, and clearly I'm a huge Metallica fan) Guns N Roses - Welcome to the Jungle Bon Jovi - We Weren't Born…

I'm having the same problem. I'm almost always under my calorie goal, and I workout at least 3 days a week..yet after the first few weeks I stopped losing and I've been stuck around the same weight for weeks now..it always seems to move up and down between the same few pounds and it's getting frustrating..

That's a great idea - give up the scale for lent! :)

Boyshorts work for me..especially VS seamless! But no matter what I wear underneath, I'm not concerned about the lines..I'm there to work out and sweat - it's not a fashion show! :)

I worked as well. Then got to come home and shovel snow..whoopie :-\

I'm finding this hard as well. I try to consume about 1200 calories per day. I exercise at night, so at the end of the day my net ends up being somewhere around 1000 (sometimes even less). And before I go to sleep I'm not hungry enough to try to make up 200-400 calories, so my net stays as is. I guess this is a bad thing..…

I've been having the same problem. I'm from Jersey, and we've been slammed by winter this year. This is the 2nd day I've had off this week (I work in a preschool) and I find it much harder to be home..I get more cravings and I find I'm bored a lot, which just makes me want to eat more. At least when I'm at work I have a…

Don't be so hard on yourself! We all have rough days, or days where we screw up a little..we're all human after all! Just make tomorrow better! :) And as for not feeling well/not wanting to work out..I say try, even if it's just a walk for 20-30 minutes. I know a few weeks ago when I had a cold I felt terrible and had no…

On a day when I'm feeling good enough to step on the scale and see a number! Haha Actually though, first thing Friday morning sounds like a good idea..before I mess up on the weekends ;)

I wouldn't necessarily stick with what works because after a while the body gets used to a certain routine and stops responding to it. Changing it up from time to time is always a good idea..it confuses the muscles, which is a good thing. Good luck!
