Look into Crossfit workouts. They are quick (usually 20 mintues or less), many of them you can just use your own body weight (no equipment needed!), and get results. Google it and you can find tons of ideas! :)

My newest obsession is Pinterest! (Last night I didn't even get work done because of it, bad I know lol). I'm also addicted to my Boot Camp Challenge app, which I find myself doing religiously (3 days a week) for the past 6 months.

There's an option for weight/strength training under cardio. I don't know how accurate it is, but it at least gives some type of estimate/idea..

It's actually very impressive in a group setting! When one of my friends got married 2 years ago, she organized the bridal party and a few others to do the dance for everyone..they rehearsed for weeks and when it was time, it looked awesome!

I try to keep on track the best I can..and if that day doesn't go so well I remind myself that tomorrow is a new day. Everyone has a bad day here and there, and it's nothing to beat yourself up over. :flowerforyou:

I like cheesy pop songs (unfortunately)..like Ke$ha, Katy Perry Bon Jovi also has some good songs.. And I'm a Metallica girl at heart and think they have some good workout songs as well..for both cardio and weight training.

Wow, I'm glad it's not just me.. I'm 5'3" and weighing in somewhere between 130 and 135 (not sure of exact number since I gave up the scale for Lent). I'd always been around 120, and suddenly I was up over 135.. I lost about 4 pounds when I first started here, but haven't been able to break that 130 mark since..

At first I was fine with not weighing in..I didn't find it as hard as I thought I would. I have been thinking about it a lot lately though..I guess since it's only like 2 1/2 weeks away..but the good thing is that I haven't given in!
