Does anyone else find it hard..
To take accurate measurements? I measure once a month, and find it hard to get accurate measurements because I don't remember the exact spot I measured a month ago. If I'm an inch higher or lower or whatever, it could be slightly different..no? Does anyone else feel they have a similar problem with this? What do you do?

Day after exercise..
I've noticed recently that the days that I run it feels like it takes so much effort to even consider eating back some exercise calories, but the next day I'm like a bottomless pit and suddenly negative calories..what gives? Does anyone else have this problem?

The Scale is an Enemy (and Friend)
I usually weigh myself on Friday mornings. Yesterday, I stepped on out of curiousity..and the scale told me I had only lost .6 pounds..I was a little disappointed to be honest.
