Great apps for those with iPhones!

Earlier this month, I was searching the app store on the iPhone for some fitness apps, and I found some great ones!
First I picked up an app called Easy Abs by lolo. It has 3 fitness levels to choose from (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced) and you can adjust the length of your workout depending on how much time you have (3, 5, or 8 minutes). You can also adjust what equipment you have to use, or simply workout using your own body weight. It also has a sync fuction to your music that adjusts as you work out, and you can adjust the intensity of each work out depending on how you're feeling. I like that you can substitute exercises as well. I have used it almost every day and it was the best 99 cents I have spent!
Today, I didn't have time to make it to the gym, so I searched the app store again for something that could help, and of course I found something. It's an app called Boot Camp Challenge by lolo. Again, it has 3 fitness levels to choose from (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced). It also has the sync fuction with your music, adjustable intensity, the ability to adjust your available equipment, and the choices to substitute exercises. The first day is simply an assessment so you know where you stand and can track your progress. The workout following that, which I opted to do, was about 20 minutes..and boy did it make me sweat! It started with a 4 minute warm-up, and the exercises seemed to start easy with the ability to substitute harder ones. It was a total of 4 circuits including cardio and strength exercises. At the end, it gives you a few stretches to do to cool down. It was $3.99, but a great buy!
To anyone with an iPhone, I recommend lolo fitness apps. Besides the abs and boot camp, the have a legs one, a treadmill one, an elliptical one, 5k and 10k ones. Maybe those will come in the future..for now I'm excited to see what more the boot camp one has to offer :)
