Does this mean that we cannot eat our exercise calories to match the calorie goal set for you by MFP? Can you please reply, If I do so will I not loose weight?

Front portions of my thighs..are the parts most hurtful. thanks for your advise.. i change routines frequently and increase intensity. I guess I am not warming up..i do not have much time to warm up..that could be the possible reason. how much time is needed to warm up?

I take it every morning on an empty stomach. Heard it helps in weight loss and also good for health, as honey has good nutrients. I take a teaspoon of honey+ few drops of lemon and 8oz water. I haven't witnessed weight loss just with the liquid..but exercise and diet control.

1)Yoga is great for toning up. Yoga postures stretch your body perfectly. try to be in each aasan(yoga posture) for 30 seconds gradually increasing. 2) I would suggest belly dancing or bollywood dancing to your own favorite songs.. you will enjoy doing it and you baby might enjoy u dancing as well.

Thanks.. I need real good support and encouragement. Yesturday I joined fitness pal and started tracking my food in a better way.
