Hi butlera8 and Tlawson225, did you guys do just jillian's 20 min workout a day and loose so much or you added other work out routines to this?

I am like you with 2 kids 4 and 8. I go directly to Gym from my work and do a 45min to 1hr work out, if I miss it I miss it as another job equivalent to full time is ahead. Any major change with 30DS ?

I had ankle sprain and pain, still going on so had to stop for 4 consecutive days to help subside the pain. Now I am back. feel better.

Are you guys just relying on 30DS or adding some other form of exercise? I am only sticking to 30DS. No time to add other exercises.

Day 6 complete, still have struggle with pusups 2nd set, lunges with arm weights 2nd set and side lunges with arm weights 2nd set. I am using 4 lb weights.

I think I will be ready for level 2 by day 10 on level 1. My face face is full of sweat by the end of 20 min on Level 1. I feel its a lot of for 20 min. Want to stick with it.

Are shoes neccessary while exercising at home, what is the real importance of shoes here for jillian's DVD? just curious to know.

Definitely feel better on day 5 exercise level 1. soreness is almost gone

4 days complete, muscle soreness is very minimal. I am feeling good.

Lunges and squats with weights, because that's where I feel like I am putting strain on my arms. I feel my arms are getting a good work out. I am glad that I took up this challenge.

Felt good when I did it today.. lot of sweat for 20 minutes. I am in level 1 and will continue to be in level 1 for 10 days Level 1 = 10 days Level 2= 10 days Level 3= 10 days is my plan so far.. Good luck you guys..

Taking measurements would not hurt and will help us track our progress..
