Welcome to the site, I know stress can have a negative impact on weight and weightloss. Do you exercise? I find I'm buzzing with happiness after a workout and my stress levels reduce Anyway good luck!

Hi and welcome :) I'm from NE England and I have 2 children. Feel free to add me as a friend, I've found building a support network helps. For me, exercise is my biggest friend as well as tracking everything I eat. Knowing people can read your food diary really helps you decide what to eat!
