I always think the same when I feel self conscious... "I can lose my weight but you will always be ugly because of your personality" Makes me feel better :)

I take classes, I didn't enjoy the DVD's. I burn 600-800 calories in 1 hours class but im sure I didn't burn nearly as much as that with the DVDs because I wasn't as motivated. HTH

Hi, im currently in my first week of MFP and I'm starting out at 211, hoping to drop at least 70lbs. Feel free to add me, im an active user, I log in numerous times a day because I'm a) addicted to my phone and I have the app and b) it keeps me on track :)

hi I recommend you read the site as much as possible for advice. Use the log to track your food and exercise every day and build up a support network by adding friends on here you can do it :) feel free to add me if you like

Excellent tips! My tip is to plan your weekly meals then shop online for the ingredients. It stops impulse buying thus saving money and you don't need to avoid the treats aisle.

Oh Debbie I totally understand the photos thing, I run if I see a camera. It's my birthday may 15th and I really wanted to have lost a substantial amount because I wanted a pic of me and my dude together. That's not gonna happen now Both children and adults can be so cruel. Don't forget to work on your self esteem as well…
