I use the Body Fortress from Walmart also! love the cookies and cream. Herba life has a fantastic cookies and cream also and you can use theirs to make a pudding pie that is low in carbs and high in protein. it was really fantastic!

I would love to run but it hurts my ankles so much! after the first few minutes it feels like my feet are gonna fall off. On every walk I think, maybe today I can run but then I remember the pain and just keep on walking!
