I have worked in the alterations department of a wedding store. Please buy the size you are now; but, keep a few things in mind. The more beading on the dress, especially in the bodice on the side seams, the more time it will take to alter. Those beads have to be removed one by one, the seams altered, and then the beads…

The croutons are optional in a little package by themselves, so depending on my calories for the day, sometimes I use them, sometimes not. The package says they are 60 calories. I also use the…

Yep, spread it out...but stay on track. I have breakfast, snack, main meal in noon, then snack and usually a salad for evening meal and if I am hungry I will have an evening snack. Snacks are mainly fruits or fresh veggies. Take each day as it comes & do your best for that day...you will lose. Good first day back!!…

I agree with most everyone that it is probably just a fissure...but one other possibility that I found out about recently (TMI)...Eating Beets will cause you to piss and poop red. It can be very shocking, if you aren't aware. Haha! Just last week I cooked up some beets and my son went wild for them...thank goodness I did…

My advice is to take each day as it comes; do your best to live healthy that day and don't worry about the next. Each day wake up with a positive attitude and walk in place or around the block for 10 min. Pack yourself a healthy lunch, but don't forget a midmorning & an afternoon healthy snack. You are doing amazing! Everyone has a few issues to deal with concerning overeating; depression, abuse, comfort...it doesn't matter what got someone to a certain weight. What does matter is educating oneself about how to handle the food issues. Do I wish that chocolate would find a new BBF? Of course!! But I know chocolate…

My daughter swears by her morning coffee...older folks have said drinking hot water helps....don't keep taking too many things though; you don't want to 'explode' when things do start moving....good luck to you!

Welcome to the night llife!! I have worked the graveyard shift for allmost 7 years...takes a few weeks to get used to the change. This is how I manage....I sleep when I get home...wake about mid-afternoon, drink water & eat a hardboiled egg or something like that...then in about an hour I will exercise, do some household…

Ahhh, life is so trying some times! While everyone has difficulties in life; just know that you are in charge of your eating. And stuffing yourself with everything to try to dull the pain doesn't help...trust me on that! And Asperger kids are special...they tend to look at life so different than the norm...my son has…
