In January 2009 I was only able to walk around in my house...several loops around the dining table, then working my way up to using Leslie's walking dvds...fantastic! I think I now own most of her dvds and am able to walk for miles. I try to walk 4-5 miles a day now. How about you?
Started Jan. 17, 2009...eating better...including lots of fruits & veggies...progressed into a bit more exercise...okay...actually included exercise for a change...started seeing changes...felt better and had more energy. Now am down 119 pounds and feel like I have a chance to live again....it is wonderful! :happy: Still…
