  • Thank you for this info...having lost 129# so far, I am concerned about loose skin once I reach my final goal...so far, it has been doing okay and only time will tell.   • But, wasn't it wonderful when we could buy the 'smaller' size 20 instead of having to purchase a 22 or 24?? lol Can't imagine the size I would have had to buy if it wasn't for the 'vanity' sizing...guess I am thankful for that! This subject can be looked at several ways...but, it does make it hard to shop online.

  • Thanks for your concern. I fall into that catagory, but it can be deceiving...sometimes I am one calorie under....which I don't think is bad. If I see that I am going to be more than 50 under, I will grab an apple at the end of the day...the calorie log, to me, is to help me not to go way over....I may not chart the apple…

  • Once a week for sure...and chart it. Sometimes the scale flits under my feet mid-week and then I happen to see if things are going in the right direction before 'weigh & chart day.' LOL Whatever works to motivate is what is best for me. Hope your journey goes well for you. Hugs, SisterC
