I haven't done the DVD yet. I use it during the day sometimes to help keep my metabolism up. The friend who recommended it said she does leg lifts with it while sitting at on the couch watching t.v., rather than doing nothing. That alone has been a great tip for me. :wink:

Thank you for the suggested recipe. I make some type of vegetable juice numerous times a week, but tend to drink the same things. Any other suggested recipes? Thanks!
