Kale smoothie - 1 cup soy milk, 1 cup raw kale, 1/2 tsp cinnamon - blend in blender. (Takes a while for kale to chop finely.) Then add in 1 chopped, frozen banana, and blend again. For an extra treat, sometimes I put in 1 tablespoon of Hershey's dark cocoa powder. Makes enough for two small servings, so you might need to halve the ingredients.

If you have a juicer- (I have a Jack LaLanne) I love this recipe I got from a juicer book I have. It's one of those things that when you drink it, you feel an amazing surge of life-force energy- super packed with health, and surprisingly delicious!

    Wheatgrass Light

    1 apple
    1 handful wheatgrass
    2-3 sprigs mint (optional)
1/2 lemon with peel washed (if organic)

Cut the produce to fit into the juicer feed tube. Start with the apple and juice all ingredients, stir and drink immediately.

i'd say to use a tropical flavored juice a few ice cubes and blend it until the ice is crushed up then add some origanal flavored yogurt, strawberries pineapple, and bananas) and blend it all together. it'd be something fun to experience with could pretty much use any kinda fruit and juice as long as you think i'd be a good combination. the yogurt could even be flavored too or use frozen yogurt also...

Thank you for the suggested recipe. I make some type of vegetable juice numerous times a week, but tend to drink the same things. Any other suggested recipes? Thanks!
