I also do not know how to operate a dvd player or any remote control for that matter. I am not stupid , I just really do not care to learn. if I want to watch tv, I walk up to the box and push the buttons.

I have problems also because I have large breast 38DD but a small size 4 waist. I get my suits from venus.com. I can buy them separately and they have a supportive top called the Marilyn.

I use body fortress sold at walmart in the pharmacy. under $20 . it taste good and is 30 grams of protein a scoop. add a cup of milk and you add another 8 grams of protein. I also eat one Quest bar a day, its 20 grams of protein and about 160 calories. they are amazing.

i used to take 6 stool softeners a day. now I eat greek yogurt with granola and it works everytime. another healthy alternative is to heat up a cup of water with a tablespoon of apple cider vinager and 2 tablespoons of raw honey.

I always have my clients stay away from white flour, white sugar and potatos. Get your carbs from whole grains fruits and veggies. I have clients losing up to 3 inches from their tummies in weeks time.

i love scrambled eggs with sweet onion , mushrooms, spinach and goat or feta cheese. i spray the pan with pam, first cook the onions, then add mushrooms, then eggs, then spinach and cheese. love it

i wear a hrm and it sounds right to me. i dont burn the calories biking that i do running. now i can increase my resistance for a better burn but its about what i burn for a 20 or 25 minute ride.

i am a woman , but this is the truth. nothing gets my mojo going like a long hard cardio/weight lift workout. not sure if it increases my testosterone, women have it too, or what but dang it works. this summer i did a bootcamp style workout 3 days a week and couldnt think of anything other then my libido.

i eat every 3 hours. small meals, about 250 to 300 caories. and make sure to have lots of protein. it keeps me full longer.
