I don't think I'm going to be able to hit my numbers this week, but I'm gonna try...I slipped on a patch of ice and hyper-extended my already surgically repaired knee...I'm on day 2 of resting it, so hopefully I can make it up to the gym tomorrow..

Usually with a death in the group, they tend to properly bury their colleagues. I understand that this might not be able to be done because of being in the city, but I don't think they would just burn it. I don't think it was Beth. Although my thought of Carol being a decoy to get inside looks to be true! :smiley:

I think they Daryl and Carol saw what happened, saved Noah. Noah tells them everything, so Carol infiltrates the hospital. Meanwhile, Daryl and Noah go back to the church to get Rick and the rest of the group to assist getting Carol and Beth back...Noah is the person in the woods when Michonne sees Daryl.

working 3rd shift one night a week is brutal...I used my 30min lunch break tonight to get in some cardio and strength: Cardio - 15mins Strength - 15mins I did my Bring Sally Up Squats, but using Cisco routers instead of dumbbells. Got back at it today! 40mins cardio 25 strength, including 10mins of pendulum lunges per the video for Tyreese.

After working overnight last night, I haven't been able to hit the gym like I wanted to :( . However, I plan to get back on track tomorrow. I usually do 45 cardio/30 strength per workout, so I'll be good to go by the end of the week!

The last half of this week has been extremely difficult for me. My surgically-repaired knee has been aching like crazy due to the constant weather changes, and it has been very trying to get my cardio in. Yesterday, I spent an hour and a half at the gym, strictly doing cardio, trying to reach my numbers. I'm still around…

I wouldn't mind teaming up with Michonne...is that what we want to do? We also have the choice of just keeping to ourselves, too.
