Didnt do so hot on my calories this week, but tomorrow starts a new one!0

I didn't get a check in 2 weeks in a row from weightliftingdiva, 26minus60, metanoia0116, coruscate7,missyspring, agulling, nomoremydoughnut and Melissalyons. No check in this week from hawkeye_74, vestarocks, jitteryspork, iset_the_fair, taycupcake, jchrisman717 and jamies4paws. Those that have not checked in for 2 weeks are now walkers. Those that don't report this week that did not check in will be added to the pot. With that, the numbers were way up this week. Great job!!!0

Get excited team! It's WALKING DEAD DAY!!! I can't wait to see what happens in this episode! Also, just a heads up, next week I will be on vacation for part of the week. I will be in NYC so cardio will not be an issue with all the walking we'll do and I will try to get as much strength in as possible but I may need a bit of help with it.

What's happening team. I guess I'm going to the zombie hoard. Gonna be dropping out. Got in a traffic collision Friday night and broke my leg. Just got home from hospital late last night. I'm just an crutch now. Throw me to the hoard and make your escape just like Shane did to Otis. I don't mind. After all you can't run to fast with a thigh high plaster cast. I wish everyone luck, there won't be any cardio for me for a while but strength training will continue.0

I am so sorry team - I have not been able to keep up with the challenge due to some personal things going on. Sara -- can I be moved to the walker horde so I can still participate but not hold our team back? I am going to try to get back with it this week, but it has been a couple rough last few weeks.0

So which character's challenges is everyone thinking of doing? Beth's or Carol's? I think I'm going to go with Beth... not sure I'm ready to take a physical fitness test - haven't done one of those since elementary school!0 -

So we have two extra character videos plus a punishment video this week, and I already have five days of workouts scheduled so...what's the detriment of not doing those? I get 300 points for cardio, strength, and calories right? I won't hurt my team if I can't fit the videos in?0

I just saw that the zombie defense video was only four minutes so I tacked it on to the end of today's arm routine. May not get to the others though. Thanks Cindy!0

I feel like I'm hogging the board these days!! How's everyone doing this week? So far I'm at 149 for cardio and 53 for strength. Today's lunchtime walk has been cancelled due to the nasty sputtery rain. My alarm didn't go off this morning...someone turned off the volume on my ipad, grrr...but my body woke up anyway and I said thank goodness I didn't oversleep, I can't let my team down! LOL!0

I'm doing pretty good this week. I have the punishment and the challenge both done. Right now I am sitting pretty low with cardio:30mins and strength:51. I plan on pure cardio for my workout today, so that should finish that one up, and will probably finish up strength just because I have the time to today. I will continue working out the rest of the week, so my numbers should be much better by the end.
I don't like just skirting by at the end of the week, I like to try and have more than enough to get thru.
As far as the thinking part of the challenge, yes I could probably move to advanced team or have my numbers personally increased, but I am not going to. I have a busy enough schedule that there may come a time where I do just barely make it. I don't want to move to a different team either, I like this one

Hey Team! My numbers so far this week: Cardio - 455 and Strength- 75. I am headed back to my Mom's house for awhile tonight and she doesn't have a fenced in yard so cardio will be higher because I will have to walk my dog at least three times a day. I will try to get some more strength in there as well. Saturday is my birthday I have been saving up some calories so I won't have to worry about having fun Saturday night!0

Right now I'm at 340 for cardio and 51 for strength. I've done half of the Beth challenge and haven't done the punishment yet. It's been a crazy busy week so I haven't had as many days where I can get my usual afternoon workout in... like today, I'm working from 8 am to 10 pm! But I'm hoping to get the rest of the strength, the Beth challenge, and the punishment done Friday evening and Saturday afternoon, as well as keep up with my usual morning cardio... should be totally do-able.0

Unfortunately, I'm not going to hit my numbers this week. This week was my wife's 30th birthday, and it's been a tough week at work. But hopefully next week I can get back on track!

I was a late check in this week, but I'm still here. Trying to find a routine now that I'm back to work full time. Plus I have a craazzy family life that caused me to not be able to log on yesterday. Forgive me - Today is a new day and I'm going to kill it this week.
Any tips on working in cardio and strength with a very full schedule and no gym membership or treadmill would be much appreciated. I'm not a morning person so I usually work out in the evening. I prefer to walk/run, but daylight savings time has ruined the outdoors for me.
PS, I did Cross fit for the first time yesterday. Definitely going to be a love hate relationship.0
