I loved Bob's reaction to them eating him last night! Anyone have ideas on who Daryl is with? I think its Beth and maybe others. I don't think Carol is with him because she would definitely not be sitting back waiting for him to say "come on out." She would be up there with him. UNLESS Beth is really hurt and Carol was helping her along and being her 'protector' while Daryl forged ahead... SO MANY QUESTIONS! Anyone else kind of shocked at how intense the killing in the Church was? Don't get me wrong, I don't blame them but it was taken aback a little considering how our group has handled these things before.0 -

I have Georgielee37, Skittles2183, nicholbeck on that list. If you can't do this video, I want you to do something equivocal or to donate some extra minutes to those short this week. Since I'm late warning you, you can do it next week if you can't fit it in. Skittles is part of team Carol from last season and you can cash in your power of resurrection if you wish to skip the punishment.
Two people that have checked in so far are short in cardio/strength. Anyone want to donate to them??
So I can do the video but I should be able to donate some cardio minutes next week too...let me know an amount, if you let me stay! One quick question our stats on MFP run Monday to Sunday, but we are running Sunday to Saturday? but I saw some people are only counting out of 6 days for their totals not counting Sunday at all ? and is their any way to add this info in over the mobile app because I don't go onto the computer when I'm at home?

Congrats MVP's . Our team is getting more streamline. Don't get discouraged, we have the highest amount of players so that's why our numbers suffer. We can however improve on checking in on time or early and getting our strength numbers up. How about we share our favorite strength training videos? Or routines.

Just completed the Carol challenge workout, which was short but hard! Great start to the day!
I struggle a bit with protein, which is why I have a protein shake 3-4 times per week and a Pure Protein bar just about every day. I know it's not "real" food but it works for me. I'm currently doing the You Are Your Own Gym bodyweight strength program using the YAYOG app, which has me doing strength training four times per week. Lots of lunges and squats, and activities to help you progress to pull ups.0 -

I am trying Tj ....You know me the keeping the calories down part is easy because I forget to eat ...but when I do it's not always the best in this Fry and bread everything state of Texas !!!!! The Cardio I'm good it's the strength that kick's my a** each week. Grrrrrrrrrrr .....I keep making it but by the skin of my teeth ( But I guess that ok in a Zombie challenge )0 -

I'm well over my cardio and doing well with my eating. I'm usually great with strength training but for some reason I've been lagging for the past few weeks. I'll be getting the challenges and punishments done tomorrow and a long weight lifting session on Saturday morning.0

So far I've got 138 for strength and 135 for cardio, and I still need to do the punishment routine tomorrow. I'll probably count that as straight cardio even though there's some bodyweight strength work in there. So I'm more than happy to share overages with anyone who needs it!0

I fell off the wagon and it took me a while to get my butt back up, but I am now on day 3 of working out and tracking everything. as of this week I am 60 C and 60 S and really well on my food. so I am slowly getting back into better habits0

I'm doing great! I've done both the team challenge and the punishment. I have done great with eating..I'm just watching calories, and am staying on track. I'm kinda slacking in cardio, but after work today I will have it done. Right now I am at 60 cardio/85 strength. After work I plan on doubling my cardio, so I will have that done as well. I will also be doing more on Saturday, so my numbers will be even better by then.
I just read that we are supposed to be sharing what are strength training routine is.....well for me I really don't have one per say. I have about 5 videos picked out from fitness blender that I have been running with. Someone on another thread in the forums suggested fitness blender so I went and looked and fell in love with the program.0 -

If I do have extras I will happy to share turntech. I'm short on cardio I think this week but I can make it up tomorrow. Let's get big numbers this week. We can't let the other teams beat us again!0

I've got you covered.
My update so far this week (sorry it's been a busy one):
Cardio- 360 (I plan to have more by the end of the day)
Strength- 110 (I plan to have more by the end of the day)
Food - Within my goal
Character Challenge - Check!
Punishment - Check!
This week has been crazy between both jobs!! I got 20 hours at my secondary job which is at least double what I normally get, so that's why I haven't been around here much. Hope everyone has had a great week!0 -
