I have had relatively low calorie goals for a guy, and what has worked for ME is having less calories at my meals and then snacking. (I snack quite a bit) Even with these low goals, I am rarely hungry using this method. My diary is open if you want to take a peek.

I leave mine open because I know that me and a few of my friends tend to stalk each other's diaries when we need some new food ideas. Frankly, I intend to stalk some of you all right now since my friends have been eating boring lately. Lol

I just checked out your diary, and frankly if I were eating what you eat I would be constantly thinking about food too! I would suggest adding in SOME type of exercise on a regular basis and eating some more substantial meals.

Kashi southwest bbq black bean crisps. 10 chips for 47 calories and just as yummy as regular "chips."

I will surely be judged brutally for this, but I prefer the cheapest generic boxed mac and cheese I can find. There is something so unnaturally yummy about whatever that toxic stuff they liberally call "cheese" actually is.

My double chin! Annoys me at any weight. Probably doesn't help that most of my friends and family are shorter and taking the shot "upwards." Lol.

I know this was originally intended for women, but Only wanna chime in anyway. :) Funny thing is that I have figured out (to almost scientific fact) that at 200 lbs I get hit on, but of I stray over that almost at all, I do not. Not sure what this says about the world, but it is my findings. :-P

Welcome to MFP. I found the support here to be great. Got down to my goal weight a while back but have noticed I am slipping back to my old ways and putting it back on...so here I am again. Lol. Good luck! I know you can stick with it. :-)

Sounds like the same thing I'm doing. It is pretty easy to slip back in to our old ways. We can all do this! Luckily, I'm catching myself before I get fully back to where I was.
