I'm working tomorrow- but only four hours (10-2), then 11 hours Black Friday- ugh. I will probably be working Christmas too (going for the 6am-10 shift though). I'm grateful not to be working all day and holiday pay :)

I completed couch to 5k a few months ago. I ran by time and not distance when I was doing the program, so definitely was not up to 5k by the end. 8/16: Hip Hop Abs in the AM & Bike + a little extra PM- 553 kcal; 276.5 miles I would've done more today, but my swim was cut drastically short by 1800m when the water aerobics class was starting... :( Oh well, I'll do it tomorrow.
