Thanks everyone - I'll give w2 a shot tonight. I can't really slow the running bits down or I'll start going backwards :/ Actually it hurts more going slower than I am than it does the speed I do - I think I must be right on my natural rhythm .

Hi, I'm Meg I have 10lbs to lose (was 5lbs but I've revised my goal!) bringing me to 135lbs at 5ft8. I can't really exercise due to my health so it's all diet related which makes it a bit harder!

Hi, I have fibro too and I'm waiting for my GP referral for a gym membership to come through so I can start exercising. Unfortunately as well as the fibro I have a connective tissue disorder, bad knees, and 2 kids - so my exercising is very limited!!
