thanks everyone- MFP goal is 45 and today ill have 66. everything else is under and i will be doing cardio mainly - body pump, 20/20/20 and zumba classes along with cycling. So its not an issue to have protein over :)

i also find keeping busy keeps my mind off eating and you dont have the time to do it a lot!

Everyone is right- you need to throw all the junk and temptation away.. you need to look up some healthy dishes that you like the sound of and enjoy making and eating them- i think this is really important to keep you motivated- it is for me anyway! thanks for all advice- its the cereal which is 12 in sugar- its just bran flakes and the soup i have for lunch which is 9 it soon adds up! These are both supposedly healthy options but you never know these days. Youre right cereal probably isnt the most ideal breakfast but I need to have something I can eat whilst at work…

Thats not good news is it! i would suggest working on other parts of the body whilst your ankle is out of action. Try researching abs work outs as a lot of these you can do laid down.. there are also quite a few exercises you can do whilst sat down.. using weights etc too which can concentrate on arms.. i know it isnt…

Im the same- i have the exact same breakfast and i vary between two lunches and for dinner it is always fish and vegetables and sometimes swap to rice and salad- sounds very boring but i enjoy it and the routine of it is helping me to stick to it and not stray from the diet! i like to know what i will be eating for the day…

Thanks for all your advice everyone! I think I need to increase general intake of food- I seem to be on a low carb high protein regime at the minute and im not sure if this is good either?

I've just been having three low cal-low fat meals a day and have soon noticed from logging that anything sweet you have takes me to my sugar limit so having to do not have any choc- which i used to have more or less every day!
