I think generally if you aim to eat as little processed foods as possible you will be healthier & naturally consume less calories :)

I know it's not a diet as such I just didn't know what else to call it ;) I'm back on mfp so I can keep a track of my calorie intake so hopefully I'll get on top of my poor eating habits it I give myself a window of time to eat within. If you change your settings in your profile from weight loss to maintenance won't it tell you what you should now be consuming?
