I made the call and told them I would not be coming back and to please refund me the money for the extension. I have not heard back but I hope they do. I will spend the money on a good HRM!!! I feel so much better like a weight has been lifted... now maybe I will actually be able to eat and lose weight!!!

I did 1 lb a week and it put me at 1380 calories my BMR is 1526.

I love this post. I have always been jealous of my husband's ex- wife because she is petite and probably weighs 110 lbs. I hated being tall and in my eyes weighing so much. But this post has changed my mind I would rather be tall and toned at a manageable weight rather than skinny fat like she is!!!

Thanks mousefood ( cute name!). I think some of it is emotional eating which I need to work on as well. One day at a time. Back on track today!! :)

Thank you for your responses. No more excuses for me!! I tend to be very strict on my calorie intake on my good days. I guess I need to even things out more during the week.

How "heavy " should I be lifting?? To where I can only do about 8 reps?? How many sets of reps should I do??

Thanks for your reponses. I think if I really push myself (change speed/elevation slowly) for 30 minutes on the elliptical/treadmill/recumbent bike and then do 20 minutes of strength training that should give me the push I need. I will open my diary and maybe someone sees something I am doing wrong there too. Thanks

My TDEE is 1808 so how many calories should I be eating to lose fat?? I have adjust my workout program to 4 days cardio, 2 days strength training and 1 day rest.

I workout everyday and this past week have put on two workouts. Maybe I am overdoing the exercise. I do basically either the treadmill elliptical or recumbent bike.
