thoughts - personal trainer or invest own weights for home
I am trying to decide if I should spend the money on a personal trainer for 6 months or just buy my own weights for home and go at it myself by researching weight training etc..... Anyone have any thought? Do you train on your own? What about form? Thanks in advance!!

Thoughts on bootcamp classes......
I am thinking of changing gyms to take advantage of the free bootcamp classes (currently quite $$ at the gym I go to). This new gym would also be a monthly cheaper rate. But I only want to do it if bootcamp is worth it. I am going to find out if they offer a free try but just thought maybe others have some opinions. Thanks…

I have started working out on the weight machines this past week. I feel like the fat old lady who will probably never get any muscle definition. I know free weights are better but I have to start somewhere right?! Will it be worth it?? When will I see a difference??

Hit a wall while doing 10k trainer
I am completely stuck at week 12 on the 10k trainer app. Feel like I can't do it but I know I can. Ugh I guess I just need to push through it. Any advice? I don't run fast either. Hmmmmm

To ask this lady I see at the gym who is very fit if she could show me some simple free weight exercises?? Or should I just ask a trainer (I can't afford any real training). I want to start with free weights but I know I will look like a knucklehead and don't even know where to begin!!!!!

Conflicting info running vs fast walking at incline
So I have been runnkng at least three times a week. I am currently working on 10k program week 12. I really enjoy running and pushing myself. Sunday I did elliptical, Monday and tuesday I ran, yesterday was a rest day and I ate TOO much pizza so I feel I need a good workout. Should I just Run my butt off again to help burn those massive calories I consumed or does it even matter since it was yesterday?? LOL

Maybe I am not ready??
Maybe I am not ready to lose this weight and don't have the will power at this time?!?! Self sabatoge has become my best friend. I exercise regulary but my diet is HORRIBLE!! I guess you have to have the right mindset to lose weight. UGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Losing steam...... Running
I finished the couch to 5k program and now working towards 10k but I seem to be losing steam so to speak. Seems like I can't run anymore. It is really odd!!! Anyone else have this happen? Like I am going backwards as far as my endurance goes.
