Should I persevere?? Will it be worth it??

I have started working out on the weight machines this past week. I feel like the fat old lady who will probably never get any muscle definition. I know free weights are better but I have to start somewhere right?! Will it be worth it?? When will I see a difference??

    If you've got your diet in order, it'll definitely be worth it. If not, well... you can workout for years without making an ounce of progress if you aren't eating well. :)
