Hand weights at home??
I really want to start adding some strength training to my running regimen but I am too embarassed to do it at the gym since I really have no idea where to start or what to do! I do however have 5 lb hand weights at home. Would this be a good start and will I see results?? Thanks.

medications and weight gain - no more!!!
I was taking anti-depressants and anti-anxiety medication (abilify & lamictal) and I finally got the ok to go off of them!!
