Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred Question

Do you need lots of space to do this workout? I am limited in space and would like to know before I buy it.

Thanks!!!!

Not at all. You could do it in a small living room.

enough space to lie down on the floor and do crunches/ push ups, etc. If you can lie down with your arms and legs outstretched (like you're making a snow angel) you should be able to complete the workout. I have a pretty cramped area but have been able to do it without issues.

I haven't needed much space. As long as I can move several steps to each side, and enough room to lay down @ crunch or plank, I've been just fine. The only thing getting in my way are 2 nosy, fiesty cats. One rubs up on my feet when I'm trying to crunch and the other chases my shadow on the floor/wall as I move the weights.

A good couple ways to tell is lay on your back, arms and legs straight out. Also, you will do planks and pushups so try and get in a pushup and plank position. A good deal of your workouts your just in one place with jumping jacks, jump rope, punches..etc..and other static positions and moves.

No, I have very little space also, it's no problem. You need enough space to lie down for ab work and to do lunges

I do mine in the little space between my coffee table and my kitchen counter haha... hooray for apartment living! (I'm sure the people who live below me just LOVE all my jumping around, too...)

As the others said, nope x as long as you can basically lay on the floor your ready for it! :drinker:
The laying on the floor is when you 1st start it and nearly pass out lol

Not at all! I do it all on the rug in my small lounge. There is little space needed other than the equivalent of 2 strides/paces. If buying, don't forget to order the handweights too which are needed. I have done this for over 30 days now and do it every morning; I really enjoy it as it is fast paced so you don't get bored. Good luck! x
