Starting Strength Training - should I and any tips??
Hi I have been doing strictly cardio since I started at the gym a month ago. I blew it.....hating myself
I have been so good for almost a month and tonight I got in a fight with my SO and went out and binged. I feel like I have ruined my efforts for the past 3 weeks!!! Help.

Too much exercise???
Is it possible to get two much exercise?? I am thinking of doing twofers about 3 times a week to burn some fat .... is that too much?? Thanks, Jenn

How long for results to show??
I have been working out for only 2 weeks and I know nothing will show as of yet. I don't have a scale. My clothes feel the same. I know you tend to gain water weight when first working out but When will I actually see the inches/pounds start to move??

Exercise Every Day??
How many of you exercise EVERY day?? Is it necessary to lose the weight? Am I being lazy (according to my hubby - YES). I usually exercise 3-4 days in a row and take a day off. Thanks.

Afraid to buy a new scale....

40 yrs old. Need help
I feel like ever since I turned forty my body has gone to crap. It is so hard to lose the weight and to stay motivated. Any other 40 yr olds out there struggling???

To keep or not to keep
I have 3 bins of clothes that I hope to one day fit into. However since acquiring these clothes ( yes some several years never worn) my goal weight has changed to a more manageable weight rather than a skinny weight. Do I keep hanging onto these clothes or should I pitch them?? They obviously don't work as a motivation…
