So my scale broke. I have had it for years - the battery died and I replaced it but it still doesn't work. I am SO scared to buy a new scale and to find out where I really am!! I did get weighed at the drs the other day, with my clothes on, 2 days before my period, in the middle of the day. But I know that is not an accurate weight.

I know I need to buy one to know if I am losing or not............ ugh... I am so tired of my weight issues....

Thanks for listening to me gripe. LOL

same thing happened me. then started to use my granny's scale, which put me in half a stone heavier, and then i got weighed at the doctors the next day which said i was 11lb lighter than my grannys scale. lol!! thank goodness ive managed to get myself a new scale, which was more like my own :)

The reality is, you really dont need a scale.... Its not reliable even when it works...

Measuring tape provides the best source of weight-loss measurement... a target outfit to fit in is another good source of measurement of weight loss

I don't bother weighing myself on my home scales anymore. Instead, once a week I weigh myself on the same scales in the chemists. Not sure if that's an option for you.
