I was running 5k on a treadmill about a month ago. So I have run in the past. I just started running again but outside this time. I think I can do it if I follow my plan and not give up!!!

I know it is my diet but how do you stick to eating healthy??? I eat emotionally too. I am just so absolutely disgusted and depressed!!! I haven't exercised regularly in a week ... Sorry for the vent. I am just so down tonight.

Thank you for all your responses. I am just starting out. I will check out some programs. Right now I started with the machines but I know free weights are better. I just need to let my self consciousness go and move to the free weight section of the gym.

I used MFP recommend 1 lb loss per week at 1550 calories and I eat my calories back. Not losing inches or weight. I know my diet is the problem. I tell myself that I don't have a lot to lose so eating this or that won't hurt. I think I am one of those who is going to have to cut out all carbs and eat only protein and…

I feel the same way. I am afraid to go to that side of the gym. I have no idea where I would even start!! What exercises to do or anything...but I know I am going to have to someday. I guess I better start googling some reps to do

I did the working out in the morning before work but it didn't work for me. I was too tired to really push myself and then I was falling asleep at the wheel on my way to work. I now work out right after work. I have more umpf in my workouts and no problems sleeping.
