Hit a wall while doing 10k trainer

I am completely stuck at week 12 on the 10k trainer app. Feel like I can't do it but I know I can. Ugh I guess I just need to push through it. Any advice? I don't run fast either. Hmmmmm

    You know your body. If you legitimately can't do it, run/walk and build up to that distance. If it is a mental block, set mini goals... Tell yourself, I'll just do 60 more seconds and see how I feel. Then at the end of that time, set a new mini goal. Make it fun. Listen to some upbeat tunes, and take it easy. Eventually you will be able to rock week 12. You can do it! :drinker:

    You've done the previous 11 weeks then? You must be almost there, then. Maybe take an extra few days off, eat and sleep well, and give it another shot. You may be able to do a little more when you're well rested / recovered.
