stick a pixar/ dreamworks movie on my phone, slow jog and watch it all the way through. brave burns about 800 calories, the incredibles around 900 etc - usually takes about an hour and a half

That *is*, *genuinely*, *actually* what you call irony. Thank you for using that word appropriately. Y'all would have hated me in my teens and early 20's, because I was always skinny, could eat anything and didn't put any weight on. Then everything went horribly wrong around ages 25-26...
