First pic September 2013, second pic December 2013. Took three months of utter obsession (running 6 miles every couple of days and strictly keeping to 1560 calories per day (without eating calories back), but it's all gone horribly wrong over Christmas - have put 6lbs back on in last couple of weeks, gah!!!!

The Zombies, Run! app. At the risk of sounding like a salesman, it's awesome - I went from running to the end of my road and having to stop because I was so out of breath to running 4 miles every other day. I started with the short missions (30 mins), but realised that I was going to run out of missions pretty quick, so i…

I've left it far too late now, this is the busiest time of year for the military tailors and I can't even really swap the belt because they're specific to each uniform. Everyone I know that's going to have a belt to swap with is going to be wearing theirs in any case!! Aaaargh!!!

No, you don't understand. I've been nursing for over 20 years, including 5 years in a psychiatric hospital, and looked after many advanced sufferers of eating disorders both from a psychiatric and acute medical point of view. Bringing up alternative-new-age-quackery on a largely evidence-based, empiricist forum like these boards is kinda like sticking your hand in an angry Rottweilers mouth and complaining when it bites you. If you want people to tell you it's a great idea, pitch it to any of the myriad new age forums who i've no doubt will…

If it didn't help you lose weight before you started the fitness regime, its not going to help you now.
